At Zoo Med, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home habitat and equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
